Hey What do you guys do in the Winter time?
Its snowing where I am so I cant really play in field, In the winter time the only thing I can do is just play around ball doing "keep ups" on pavement. Sometimes If I gather enough people we play soccer in the snow, It sound weird but Its actually kind of fun.
What do you guys do in the Winter?

indoor is great! lots of touches on the ball, not as much 'kickball' going on, it helps ur dribbling, and keeps u in shape for the outdoor season :D

go to a gymnasium and kick around the ball, or find a racquetball court and play around in that

Living in the UK the weather never normally gets that bad just cold (apart from now where we've got snow!) the problem i get is it gets dark too quickly so i dont get time to go and practice in an evening like i do in the summer. I tend to practice for about 2 - 3 hours in the summer a night. I live on a quiet road so we all tend to play street soccer. Its funny and i find moving on the concreate really helps to improve your sharpness and ball skills.

I love playing football in the snow. I was thinking about it today. But woke up and all the snow had melted which just left a mud bath under foot. So think i will wait until the pitches by me get a bit better - lol :D (HURRY UP SUMMER!)

For some people gym is not reccomended because it's a rigid surface.

Exactly, If trip or fall on the Grass, Its no big Deal. But on a Gym The surface is harder and its alot eaiser to get injured. Why do you think Basketball players are get injured all the time? But I still play on the Concrete, eventhough its the same.
Anways, Im about to play some "Snow Soccer" Today :D

What do you mean by concrete? Is it playing on asphalt or playing on a gravel field?

Ive never heard of Indoor Concrete, Were you playing in an underground Parking Garage? Oh and I said I never get injuries playing on concrete surfaces, but Gym surfaces are different. There was even a study done that say they are more dangerous then playing on grass.
