Anyone know any decent excercises with weights which are handy to help you out in soccer?

Yeah, split squats, calf raises, biceps, triceps,3 way shoulder,rows,pullovers,shoulder press, chest press, be sure to do more sets on your legs 4 to 5 of 20 reps for upper body 2 to 3 sets 15 to 20 reps.

hamstring curls and calf raises are a must.

lunges with weight are my favorite. gives me more hops

multi-hip machines are good if your old like me and don't mind looking llike an idiot at the gym sure, only the ladies use this equipment but it prevents injuries.
