Garden gnome activists strike again
A further 98 garden gnomes have been 'freed' by activists in France.
They were found lined up on a football pitch in Les Deux-Sevres.
Two weeks ago, over 100 garden gnomes were 'liberated' from private gardens in Les Vosges by the French Liberation Front For Garden Gnomes. They were left on a roundabout.
After the latest incident, gnome owner Anne Marie Cheneau rescued her Snow White figure and four others from the pitch.
She told TF1 television she will keep them in her cellar for a while as added protection.
She said: "I like my garden gnomes, because my mother bought them for me."
Police say it is time consuming reuniting the gnomes with their owners, and 30 are still unaccounted for.
The FLNJ (Front de Liberation des Nains de Jardin) aims to free all garden gnomes.
Actually, the Liberation Front for Garden Gnomes has been around a while and inspired that part of "Amelie".

- Filming set for September in my third full-length film, and still waiting to hear from TV pilot guy. But I've got another 20 headshots going out tomorrow.
- I know very little of the Powerpuff Girls, other than I have a couple friends who like to watch the show stoned. So I watch them watch the show, and even that is better than Big Brother 3.
- Oh, and the PPGirls soundtrack kicks all sorts of ass.
- Anyone else think Marc Maron is one of the most underrated comedians today?
- My CDR drive is broken. This makes me sad.
- But, to leave on a happy note: Juice bars. Yeah kids.

Them is. I have the Mr Show on the 22nd and then Stones on the 28th. And, because I was curious to see if she's going to be near me...
August 13-23 : Sarah is doing two weeks off Broadway at The Culture Project at Bleeker St.

When they show the video for that Elvis vs JXL song I find it a personal affront when they don't show the commercial as opposed to the crap video they use now.

Tomorrow night I am going to a concert, and then staying in a hotel room with about 13 friends with one king size bed, not sure how that is going to work.
I have to go to a White Sox game on Saturday, not too excited.
I just got a new car for 8,000. We got a really good deal.

Still trying to determine the source of my funky voicemail from earlier tonite.
One of these days, just once, I will meet and like a nice boy who does not live or go to school more than 500 miles away from me. I'm really getting tired of this ************. It's like, I'm all torn and confused but basically either way I'm ************ed.
I'm totally all about meeting a guy whose concentration is in physical therapy. Considering all my classes are the business-oriented ones this semester, there won't be too much luck there. Maybe my tennis class will help pick up boys. They'll all be in awe of how well a girl with a big ass swollen knee can kick their asses after not playing for almost 2 years (well, I played a few times and kicked a few asses during my crippled hiatus). Then again tennis will probably help me not worry about guys. It worked in high school. Then again, in high school I was determined NOT to EVER hit it with a guy from home, and at JMU there are many hot eligible boys that are close by. I'm glad I'm picky as all hell, otherwise I'd probably be more of a slut than Zach's mom with all the fine scenery at school.
Why I am posting this here and not on my livejournal is beyond me, this is much more of a journal entry. Maybe I'll post it there too. Or maybe not.
Also, there is a big meteor thing going on, it peaks on the 12th, so go outside and make some wishes. I have like 30 million different ones to make. I'm not making any involving my love life however, because I don't really know what I want. Instead I am wishing for more practical things, like an avoidance of lawsuits, a lincoln navigator, and for my dog to quit hiking his leg everywhere.
Storing pain pills in my thing of altoid citrus sours turned out to be maybe not such a good idea. Little chunks of the pills have wound up on the candy, and I just ate one and can tell. Not by the taste though, still tastes good, so maybe it was in fact a good idea....
This place has been pretty quiet today/tonite.
Elimidate was good tonite too, not as trashy as usual. The chick had some pretty good options, but I would have picked different once she got down to the final two, well, maybe. One guy was really hot with a hot ass bod and was nice, but a construction worker. The other was a frat boy who wasn't as cute, with a good sense of humor, though bordering on the mean side. If it wasn't for the frat thing and the way he dressed, I would have picked him too (she did), but otherwise I think I'd have taken the other guy.
