She had a triple bypass surgery this morning, and hasn't woken up from surgery yet. She probably won't until tomorrow. I'm just a little scared.

Most Fire fans I've come across bemoan their injuries and expect to lose every single game. At least, most of them that post in here.

Columbus just isn't very good. If every team in MLS played at their best, NE and Columbus would be the bottom 2, in my quite arrogant opinion. DC is just horribly inconsistent...they're either just below the level of San Jose and Dallas, or (more often) as bad as anyone in the league.

-Fire fans, arrogant? We're too busy praying to the soccer gods to heal our team in time to actually do something in the playoffs. (I'm guessing we're not in too much trouble as far as missing them, thanks to Columbus, NE, and DC)

-I wish I lived in the Chicago area, for once. That team social would have been awesome to go to.

-I get to return home for the local festival in about a week. That's going to rock so much. I'll get to hang out with all of my friends, see most of the people from high school, and just generally revel in the fact that I am where I think I belong. At least, the one other place other than this thread where I belong.

-What MP3 players do most people in here use? I have WinAmp, it works for me.

They are quite fun. Diego Gutierrez is quite good at tabletop hockey, and Zach Thornton is awsome at the pinball.

jason, thats almost as solid as telling san jose fans that theyre attendance of 12k (season high i believe, it was 'huge' for them...) is a joke... and having them reply with crap like "youre hung up on sj" and "we have a championship" blah blah blah.
