There are one hell of a lot of T&A threads lately. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
I particularly enjoy the Asian threads, because I won't see my Singaporean girlfriend until school starts again.

_LRMW, sorry to hear about that. I hope it goes well for you.
-I umpired a Pony League Baseball tournament yesterday. (That's 13 and 14 year olds for you, the uninitiated, out there) I did four games behind the plate, with my brother handling the bases. Now, I'm not complaining about the $80 I got at the end of the day, but one, I had to be out there for a @#$%ing 8 AM game. (Honestly, who schedules an 8:00 game? I hate all the @#$%ing early birds in this world. Life should begin at noon.) The other main problem was that there was no shade anywhere to be found, and there was nary a cloud in the sky. In other words, I spent 9 hours in 95+ degree heat. And I got the weirdest tan lines. I've got some going across the back of my legs where the straps for the shinguards were, and a line where the shinguards started. The really weird one, though, is the mask line. I have an arc that goes across my forehead, and it's really strange looking, and really obvious, which leads me to my next random, complaining, thought.
-Today my mother decided we (the children, all 5 of us) were going to get a group picture taken. So we trooped off to JC Penney, and you know the drill. Now I am forever immortalized with that stupid mask line across my forehead. I think that that is so unsolid, it's gaseous.
-I will say, though $80 for umpiring is extremely solid.
-Does anyone know how to get into reffing youth soccer games? I figure it's another sport I'm interested in, and I can't be worse than the international refs in the World Cup.
-What's with the Fire dropping home points to DCU? That should not happen.
-I think I've given up on the Brewers for another year. Man, I'm so sick of this losing, but what can I do about it, other than hope and pray they can get a decent outfielder who can play a full season?
-Can someone please actually make a move on a US player? I keep seeing speculation, but nothing ever happens.
-I played golf today for the first time all year. I sucked, that's all you need to know.
-DirecTV rocks, but I wish I could have gotten my dad to get Shootout. MAybe next summer, if I'm here.
-Llamas rock.

*I* rock.
it is that simple.
you all must bow.
'cept courtney who is putting me up for a few days and mackin' with the soccer booys with me :D she doesn't *have* to bow :p
well anyway. i rock because instead of paying $207 for a train, i got a $127 flight (return of course) to richmond and all the times work out just perfectly! yes. they do. even if i have to get up at 5am or so on the 31st. it is worth it.
*I* am going to dc. mack plans, horn sparkling, all good food cooking... stuff like that. oh yes. it is GOING DOWN BIATCH! hehe.
i'm amusing, aren't i??? :-P ;-)
i am to me.
i am whimpering a little at what i paid out at walmart tonight. a cd case (64 disk holder) a cd player (portable) and urm... i forget what else... but yeah. i needed them soon anyway...
seriously i made enough tips this week to buy them with, so that's ok!
i'm going to keep saving as much as possible though!
it's sad when $60 is a LOT of money!!! grrr... oh well. it's all good

Look at it this way - we only dropped one point to them. Usually we end up dropping all three at home, and everyone leaves drunk and unhappy and whining about the turf.

As far as Landon's rudeness, I don't mind if he's rude to me, I know what he was like before all of this publicity. But what some big soccer stars need to realize is that the fans are at the top of the food chain. Without the fans, the players wouldn't be paid, and they certainly wouldn't be playing professional soccer. My friend went to her very first San Jose Earthquakes game, and had already been blown off by one of the players.
It's sad what fame can do to people.
Sure, Landon was in a pretty big hurry and not all too warm with the fans, but I think I can let it slide. Chrissi, you must have noticed that after the past few games there have been many, many, many, many more people out there demanding autographs from the players. I think Landon should get credit for even going out there at all because some players might not stay at all if in his position. There were sooo many people out there, all wanting to have their picture taken with him, and it's just impossible for him to do it all. It's also amazing what a little politeness will do. He was signing stuff, not looking very happy (or at least not smiling, but trying to get through everyone as quickly as possible) and after he signed my cereal box I said "Thanks Landon, you played a great game tonight," he looked up and had the biggest smile and said "Thanks, and thanks for coming," and then continued on to the rest of the hounds.
I'm not trying to justify his rudeness or anything, but I think it's understandable.

I recently heard about your rude behavior to one of your bigger fans as well as your refusal to sign a fricking autograph.
You suck.
And you deserve a swift cockpunching for stealing a sweatshirt.
Ass.

As the hair recedes, the talent goes up but the class goes down.
Also, does anyone recall Liam saying something about BS never getting his $30? Hmm, odd, that.
Suspicious.

Odd, that. :\ My right leg tends to do that sometimes if I have it bent for a while. The knee goes completely limp so I have trouble walking on it for a few seconds.
It was really weird.
