there is a big positive if rio moves...

if we get 30+ mil for him, and bowyer goes, thats 40 mil.

with that we could land ayala, mendieta (both linked), as well as other players to firm up the midfield.

dacourt isnt going anywhere, yet, and there have been ZERO rumours about kewell.

our back line is still strong with woody and mills, and if we could get a replacement for harte, who is about as defensivley sound as brian dunseth. ayala would certainly help to anchor things, as well as maybe picking up wayne bridge?

leeds are going to be a force, but its still sour to lose rio, who is a superb defender :( rio is solid. the scum are **********

If that happens, I could cry. How could he DO that?

And I can't believe all these rumors involving Roberto Ayala. The man just won the Liga Primera with Valencia and has a great situation there and everyone thinks he's leaving? I dunno.

I had fun at the Fire-Metro River-Rangers doubleheader last week, by the way. Met up with Marcin and Mirek, who traveled out from Chicago for the game, and hung out with the Poles for the first game. Oh, and we won, too. Then came standing in 101 with my fellow Celtic fans, who really had no reason to be there other than to abuse Rangers. But it was good enough for us.

My actual seats were on the side of the stadium near the 40 yard line, but I only sat in them during the first half of River-Rangers when de Boer and Arteta were on that side of the field. Being both Huns AND ex-Barcelona players, I had some special abuse saved for them. Mostly Real Madrid songs, but my Spanish profanity hasn't lost its edge yet.

so... there was this car wreck involving a newly wed couple... the man came out with only minor injuries, but the wife was in a coma. so, the husband comes to visit everyday, and wishing that shed snap out of it, and this continues for 2 weeks.

one day, the nurse is giving the woman a sponge bath, and she moves the sponge over her twat and the womans finger twitches a little bit... so she does it again, and gets two fingers to twitch... so she quickley goes to the doctor and tells him what happened.

so, when the man comes to visit, the doctor tells him the story, and that he might want to try oral sex on her. the man thinks this is a great idea, and so he goes in there, they close the curtains.

about 10 minutes later he comes out, a terrible look on his face and says "doctor, shes dead... i think she choked to death!"

-My friend came back from Chicago and she brought me back one of those Lego soccer thingies. I'm hooked.
-I started my new job Friday, but all I learned was about employee benefits, sick days, vacation time, and all that good stuff. I only go to training this Monday.
-I hate teenagers that think they know everything, like the group of nerdy teen girls that just walked in talking loudly. It's a LIBRARY for goodness' sake. Shut the ********** up already.
-Is it blasphemeous if football, not gridiron, doesn't excite me any longer? I can't find the heart to get into it anymore. Should I burn in hell for that?

Sorry, this bore repeating. Two words: FOUR GOALS. I brought my friend Sara with me, (it was her 1st SJE game) and my friend Mari asked if Landon could take a picture with both of us, and he didn't even acknowledge me, acted like I wasn't there, and said with a FAT attitute "I'm not allowed to." It was Sara's 1st game, and she already thinks Landon is the biggest ************. He didn't even notice me last night, and I was standing right in front of him. He usually spots me and says "Hey Chrissi, what's up?" WTF?

I got my results from my biopsy. It came back positive for Hodgkin's Lymphoma. It hasn't really set in yet.

In other news, Max tore up another of his toys last nite. He is down to a squeaky latex duck and two hard plastic bones.

I took off my bandage today and took a shower. I only have 2 little holes, each sown up with one stick apiece. My knee is so swollen though it looks fake. The yucky yellow stuff they put on when they cut it didn't come off very well either. I'm also supposed to get a big golf-ball shaped lump popping up around one of my holes soon, but I can't imagine the thing getting any fatter.

Thanks girlie. I'm sorry about your knee. I hope it stops itching...although itching is a good sign. My neck is itching around where they biopsied me, but I know if I take the band aid off, I'm going scratch the scab off.

YES my signature is back! They shortened my teams list but I shortened it up so it's all good now.

The itching isn't even the holes, its the rest of the leg, just cos it's all padded and bandaged up. The holes sting a tiny bit, but everything else is itchy as hell.

All-Star weekend is in 2 weeks! That's also apartment time!

My friend Charlie is coming with me to the DC-NE game this weekend since Margot has to work. He's never been to an MLS game, but went to a few at UVA with me. He likes to get into it and start yelling in like an Irish accent. He even has a "hooligan hat" that he wears. I'm hyped!!!

-My dad and I went out kayaking today. It was cool. While we were out there, I noticed my feet were falling asleep. I kept trying to move around to get the blood flow to them, but it didn't work. When we got out of the boat, my dad got onto the dock first. I got my right leg on the dock, and could barely feel it. My left leg was completely numb, and when I got it on the dock it had some sort of spasm. It was really weird, and hard to walk for a minute, but then the blood got down there and I was fine.

So far, so good. Actually, today, they played Eminem REALLY loud after I got home from work. I'm not saying they can't play any music at all, but when you can actually feel the music's bass pounding in your chest and head, it gets kind of irritating. I went out to talk to my mom, then just kind of stood in the driveway and stared at the guys until they got the point and turned it down.

Odd, that. :\ My right leg tends to do that sometimes if I have it bent for a while. The knee goes completely limp so I have trouble walking on it for a few seconds.
