So, India wraps up its series in Bangladesh 2-0 winning both tests so far. Little surprise there.

But I'm personally bothered that a country like Bangladesh was admitted to a full test status so early. They have lost 31 of 34 tests so far. Not a whole lot can be achieved even for their opponents playing such matchups. Who will get the ignonimous honor to be the first country to lose a test match to Bangladesh? :D

After hearing about the Pakistan debacle, I think some sort of promotion/relegation of test status needs to be setup. Most of the big Association Football leagues do this. So, if countries like Zimbabwe/Bangladesh (and even add Kenya!) play in a lower tier, and the best of them for a year gets to move up to the upper tier, and the worst in the top tier drops down to the lower tier, and so on... It would avoid the boring record like losing test matches year after year for such countries.

Having said that, congrats to Mohammad Ashraful for a great innings. At least his part added some balance, and I think his man of the match for the second test was deserved.
