And all the poster from Yank Abroad are going to be telling us how McBride and Boca are going to run around Arsenal liek they are nothing.
I say Henry and RVP get the goals.
This is funny. I just got into an argument with a few posters on this very topic. I simply told them that when they make comments and evaluations on players that they need to be objective and realistic. It is crazy how on that thread those people think the Americans do no wrong. I am American and all, but their comments are ridiculous. One guy said he would rather have McBride over Rooney any day. Crazy!
As for the match, as a Fulham fan I fear for the worst. I say 2-0 to the Gunners. I hope Fulham can play them tough, but I am just not seeing how they will.

as far as I know this game is not on TV, so I will try to mooch off the Arsenal Plus Audio stream or fork over the $1 at soccerstreams to watch the video if my parents computer can handle that.
Is this soccerstreams.com site good? Do the matches come in okay? I might try it this Sunday for the match. How does it work. Bluto, PM me if you have any info on this that might be helpful.
Thanks!

By the by rick do you happen to know what Tube lines will be opperating Boxing Day. I generally head into Tottenham and pick up the Victoria Line from there, but if its not running Ill have toi get the Bus and pick up the Picadilly Line at Oakwood. Ick :(
I have an idea it's a reduced service, but am not sure......
Hmmm. Here is the speel from Transport for London
TRAVEL CHANGES FOR SUNDAY 26TH DECEMBER 2004 : Trains will start running at around 0830 with reduced train frequencies on all lines and will finish at Sunday times.
The following restrictions will apply: Bakerloo Line: Edgware Road, Kilburn Park, Lambeth North, Marylebone and Regents Park Stations are closed.
Central Line: No service between Woodford and Hainault and the following stations are closed, Buckhurst Hill, Fairlop, Snaresbrook, Redbridge, Ruislip Gardens, Holland Park and Chancery Lane.
Hope this helps all those trying to get to matches in London....

Of course they won't be ruling the pitch but they are both good in the air, which is really the best thing to be against Arsenal these days.
I'll say 2-1 good guys.

What's the TV status on this one in the US? Are we going to be getting it at all? There have been a few games lately that we haven't gotten at all, but Chelsea and ManUre are on every fricken week. Has there been a week that we haven't seen Chelsea or ManUre on FSW or PPV?
Arsenal 3 - 1 Fulham
Henry 2, Freddie 1 - Fulham - McBride for the suprise goal.

We're not on, again. Chelsea are on, and I think Liverpool are on FSW on Boxing Day. Haven't seen anything about a PPV game, but I may have overlooked it.
I know we're on Wednesday against Newcastle (God, don't let Graham Poll ref this game) on FSW, and PPV against Charlton next Sunday. Don't think we're on versus citeh on the 4th, though I could be wrong about that. Lots of Pool, Chelsea, and Man U the coming 2 weeks.
You can't blame it all on FSW either, they just pick up the Sky feeds, and sadly not every game is broadcast even in the UK.

The Beeb's official preview is here (clicky). (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_prem/4107309.stm)
By the way, I heard Wenger say in an interview "I don't really know why Edu woul dbe more interested on real madrid than he would be interested in Arsenal."

Yes and he will miss Newcastle too for sure. Might be ready for Charlton on January 1, but that isnt sure either.

Am I the only one with the hopes that PV4 might wake up against Diop?
I mean it's no secret that he was part of France's world cup debacle, and might PV have something to prove?
Maybe I'm just hoping that Paddy will wake up regardless of how it's caused...

i think we all want him to wake up... but it's not just him, everyone needs to be on their toes b'coz this is the only slight chance we have to put pressure on chelsea...
we cannot screw up anymore...
oh, and regarding vieira, i'm all for subbing him with the kids if he's still his jaded, somewhat bratty self, but then we all know arsene will never do that... especially after saying that vieira will be "a gunner for life"
i wish.
but after the whole off-season crap with real, i no longer trust him to be loyal... no offense, guys...

A couple of things. A win above all else and an easy win that shows we're back to playing early season football because we'll need at Newcastle. With a big game so close, we don't need to lose a lot of energy in a hard fought game. When things are going well you're not as tired after a game.
So a win, no matter the scoreline, I won't even try to predict.
Anyone know any online links that will have the game in audio or visual?
