I have just recovered from a knee sprain and got another problem. Most of natural turf fields are closed for the Christmas break and I have no regular training. Therefore I need to keep myself in good shape somehow so I started training on a ground field equiped with a wooden rebound wall. I wouldn't say the ground is really hard it's more like a firm sand; however, in 2 days I started feeling a pain in my neck which extends a bit lower to the upper back.
Have you ever experienced something like this, mabbe it's because I wear a wrong boots( F.G. version of Umbro Owen 10 with short blades)?
