Ok, all. Let the battle to remain in 2nd place for another week begin! The Rovers are currently sitting in 18th, making this one seem like a no-brainer. BUT, those are always the ones that come back to bite you. We haven't taken anything for granted all season and now is no time to start.

Other games to watch:
Arsenal v. Portsmouth
Chelsea v. Norwich City

My prediction 2-0 Everton.

I don't think this one is televised, unless FSW slides it into the current "TBA" slot at 3pm ET. Doubtful though.

I'd say 2-0 or 2-1 to us, should be easy aslong as we don't become complacent. But we always seem to meet the teams on a low run of form just as they're about to rise again.

Toffees will win it. At least I hope because they will be part of my 3 gam parlay, well one of them at least. Carsley better score again because i just put him on my fantasy team.

FWIW, Oliver Tse's website has Everton vs. Blackburn down for the 3pm ET slot this Saturday.

SARA-

This one's televised at 2:00 Chicago time. I'll be at the Globe from 1:30. The offer of a pop or beer is still on the table. Do your "chores" in the morning and don't listen to the match...come down the Globe and catch the game "live"!

Hope to see you there.

Cheers,
Diana

Very good, then we'll see you there! Jamie's still over the pond, but there will be lots of other bluenoses there!

I don't know which shirt I'll be wearing, but it'll be Everton related...just ask the bartender who I am and they'll point me out.

If you don't show up, this board will hear about it (from me) and ridicule you to no end. Probably. :)

See you Saturday and COYB!!!

Wish they showed us live in England a lot more, i don't have enough money to keep travelling up there.

How are the Saturday 3pm games broadcast?

Are they broadcast regionally, so that, say, folks in the North East see Newcastle or Middlesbrough, and people in the Midlands can watch Villa or Birmingham City?

Or is the same 3pm match broadcast to all parts of the country?

There not they only show certain games and most of them are pay per view. They dont normally show 3pm games usually they will show them if its an early kick off such as us last week other than that they dont show

Yeah the normal format is.....

Saturday 12:45 KO
Saturday 5.30 KO (if there is one)

Sunday 1.30 KO
Sunday 4.00 KO or 4.05 if anyone wants to be picky!

Then there's sometimes a game on Monday

Champions league on Tuesday and Wednesday nights 7.45-8.00
and Uefa on Thursdays

Thanks for the info.

I guess we have it pretty lucky here in the States, relatively speaking.

In Dallas, for instance, all Dallas Cowboy away games are shown on TV. Home games are also shown on TV provided they sell out (which is almost always the case).

That sounds a lot better! But then again you've got more channels etc. and as we're vastly overpriced compared to you lot, it'd cost us a lot lot more to put every single game on tv.

Has the game been picked up by FSW, or do I need special satellite coordinates to see it?

Here in Malta we are very luck - every Premiership game on either live or delayed kick-off. Trouble is that today they have both Chelsea and us on at the same time, so we (the 2 toffees on the island) have to get down the pub quick sharp and reserve the tv.

Come on you blues!
