Since every body know that we need a strong center half, i asked my self who is the quality player that have the body and the height to be our rock next to Campbell? the answer is difficult because if the player is qualified then he must be too expensive for us to afford, so we end up with nothing.
Emmanuel Eboue is a player who will join us in january and he does have a strong body but i think he is short (i m not sure), he will play right back if remember correctly, he will make our defence more stronger but not perfect.
Younes Kaboul is the answer, the guy is being followed by a lot teams including Man City and have a lot of good reviews about him, they say he is a prodigy and he is already filling the boot for Boumsong and Mexes, he is just 18 old, 1.90 H with a very strong build up, he played in the UEFA cup so we cant use him in the champions league but we will defnietly have a big player for next year that Campbell can rest assured when he partner him and be proud since he is young. I konw people will say we need to act now but i dont think Wenger will bring anyone else in january.
I dont know how we missed on Boumsong when he was free? did he ask for big money that we cant afford? and look know how much he is worthed now.
Younes Kaboul is a player that have a great future for sure so why dosent Wenger try and snap him befor he becomes more famous and expensive?
He have an injury now but just for one more month or somthing like that, i doubt that his club will let him go for cheap but even so we could pay up to 5 or 6 million pound to get him and sort our Center defence problem for another 10 years, i dont think it is a lot if they asked for just this amount but i think he is better than Ledlley King who is very slow.
For now Toure, Emmanuel Eboue, Sendores, Gilberto and Viera can try to do the job but we must make sure that next year there will be no suffering again.
Fabregas, Flamini and Van Persie made us proud because of there age and the impact that they have done untill now so i hope he could follow them in the same way.
I can imagin him with Campbell at the heart of our defence and toure to the right and cole to the left and say what a fantastic defence that we have, strong aggresive tall players at the heart of the defence and quick players on the wings, thats how things must be done.
What do you guys think and is there a better player that we could and should get?

What you MEAN is a Centreback.

The term Centre Half goes back to the Thirties when the 235 system was employed in England (and English teams were crushed by European clubs) and so the Arsenal were the first team to move a midfielder (Center Half) to the back line to form a 334 system. Thus the term Centre Half is as outdated as the horse and buggy.

Still working hard at being the class of the Arsenal board?

Why would anyone need to work hard at it?
