I know that Gers should be concerned, but not terrified. The boys in Blue have the homefield advantage and also are improving.

This day is dragging in, I cant wait til tonight.
I wouldnt want to make any predictions as they will obviously prove themselves to be formiddable opposition.
However, Lets hope Ibrox is at its intimidating and vitriolic best tonight. Hopefully that'll put them off their stride and undo all their recent good form of late.
Mon the Boys in Blue!!!!

The crowd should be chanting & cheering from start to finish which will play a big part in tonights outcome, Auxerre's stadium capacity is 20,000 and the stadium is barely ever full on matchdays so they wont be used to playing in front of huge noisy crowds
C'mon the Gers!! 2-0 (Novo, Prso)

In fairness to them, they beat Olympique Marseille at the Velodrome at the weekend -- the locals there aren't exactly timid!
Have a good feeling about tonight, reckon we might even finish top of the group (please may that not be a kiss of death...).

Will be heading down to the Sports Cafe in Leeds shortly. I'll have to make use of National Express' £2 return fare to the big smoke sometime soon and sample the atmosphere at the Tavern (might do it for the Cup game in January...).

I’ve always been back up the road for old firm games. I’ve been told watching then in the tavern should come with a health warning though! I’m going to try and hang around for the next one as well.

Don't want to rub it in but I enjoyed tonight. Hearts are the last Scottish team in Europe. I hope they progress, I'll be there, supporting them tonight.
