So, apparently the QPR-Reading game is on Setana, which means that there is a good chance that it'll be on locally. Who fancies meeting up for a reunion of the QPR Supporters Club, Washington DC Chapter? According to Setana's website, the game is being broadcast Sunday Dec. 19 at 3 p.m. (I don't know if that is GMT or ET). I called Summers and they won't have their schedule until Thursday. I'll check back with them on Thursday to find out if they'll be showing it.

Where else might it be shown in the DC area?

COME ON URRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRssss!!!!

I just spoke to Paddy at Flanagans and according to him they will be showing the game at 3 p.m. Bloody marvelous!

Flanagans is on the corner of Old Georgetown Rd and Woodmont and is about 2 blocks from Bethesda Metro (phone is 301 986-1007).

Who is up for drinks and a game of good hoops vs bad hoops -- I'll even buy the first round (and the second if you like)!!

I've never been to Flannigans. I figured I'd go to Summers, but if you'll be at Flannigans, that sounds fine to me. That being said, I'll probably listen to the game live on Saturday and I don't know if I'll feel like trekking out to Flannigans or Summers if we've lost.

Don't you mean when we win you'll be excited to watch the whole game, whistle to whistle!

I am going to be staying away from computers as fiercely as I can. I don't know if I'll be able to hold out, but its gotta be worth it for the fun of sitting in the pub watching the game on the big screen!

Not sure if I'll be able to wait a day and a half!

I'll be up in Philly this weekend - might watch Sunday, but I'm sure I'll have the score texted to me on Saturday morning. Just wish the match wasn't moved from Friday or we could have watched it live!

Where are you living these days Kevin? Philly is only a couple of hours down the 95 from Bethesda. Why not join us?

Dylan, don't think I'll make it tomorrow. I'm going to listen this morning, then head into the office. Too much work to get done before the holidays, so I doubt I'll head out there tomorrow.
