Hi (I can't see your username, sorry) :), now I must first confess that I haven't watched any Bundesliga games before... but I do follow the league results and standings.
I like the Danish players at Bochum, especially Madsen and Bechmann...
First things first, why is the club doing so badly (especially as someone pointed out here, the sharp decline happened right after their UEFA Cup elimination)? o_0

Don't worry, everyone experiences this problem with my username, it's an ancient language used by the Hellenes and only some selected PCs have the language pack installed.
Concerning their current plight, possibly just lack of confidence. If I remember correctly they actually started the season well but after their UEFA Cup defeat really crumbled and could be relegated because of it.
Their defeat was really terrible though, I watched the match and felt saddened for them eventhough I am not a Bochum supporter, worst possible scenario.. similar to Bayern's Champions League defeat in 99 but the whole defense absolutely disintergrated which made it worse.

Oh my God! I just changed my language settings and now i see his REAL username! Amazing... i would have never guessed this...
(As you may can tell, i actually have to work at the moment, but use every opportunity i can get to do something else ;))

Bochum have been having a rough year. They went from the top side of the table to battling relegation. They lost Frier, Fahrenhorst, and Hashemian this offseason, and I think they feel those losses. Maybe they can get someone during the transwer window in january and make a recovery in time for last half of the season.
Their coach is one of the best in the Bundesliga i think. He led them to the top and will do so again.

Bochum has purchased Fatih Akyel, a Turkish defender who will arrive in January.
How's the form of Madsen and Bechmann btw? Are they playing well?

Lol, im curious now - what language settings did you change? How can I get to see his username?
PS: I can only 'boxes' - 3 of them...

Madsen is playing well but having real trouble scoring(only 2 goals so far this season in the BL, i believe). No where near as good as last season.
Bechmann is still inconsistent, but he s very promising and on a good day is really valuable for Bochum. He is capable of becoming a future star of the BL.

Hi Vfbstuttgartfan :), much thanks for the info. I have this feeling that Bochum's survival will be linked with Madsen's ability to score this season. Please Madsen, start scoring!
Or maybe they should find back his old partner Hashemian..
