Are you sure?
All the sites I'm looking at show this as a 20:45 CET start time along with the rest of the games. The Uefa.Com site just posted the starting lineups.

The other 7 games are under way and Arsenal has already recording a goal in the 1st minute of play from Gilberto.
He scored 21 seconds into the match on a break receiving a low cross from Henry.

UEFA has coverage of all matches on radio but they are charging for it. You can get a free trial for 14 days though. And if you don't want to listen to a specific match you can listen to the panel show, which is free, and they will tell you when the goals go in.
