Everywhere I read it says that the Sudtribune is the biggest standing end in Europe? I have never heard of any bigger standing tribune. Is it the biggest in the world? If not which one is.

As DanielHSV said, as far as I know it is the biggest single terrace stand in the world. There aren't that many stadia out there that are big like Westfalenstadion and have large terrace areas. One stadium I know is Maracana (Rio de Jainero/Brazil). It has 25.000 terace places but not on a single stands but distributed over 2-3 stands IIRC.
So yes, until some can prove me wrong, I guess it is the biggest terrace in the world.

Keith's Response: I can't find anything that tops it as largest in the world.
