Rumors are flying that Jason and Curbs have had at least one bust up if not more since Euell lost his starting spot earlier this year.

I wish Curbs would learn to be a bigger man. Every year he has a bust up with some player and benches him.

Jason kept us going last year after Parker left -- and by playing out of positon. And he has been the leading scorer the past three years I believe.

If Murphy goes down, who would Curbs play in the middle? Holland? Kish? Bring up McCafferty? Hughes? Who?

And with strikers pulling up lame right and left, shouldn't Jason get his chance up front -- to play in his natural position? I guess Bartlett has just been lighting it up so…

Thoughts?

wasn't it euell that was yelled at with his family in the car park after a game by a fan?

anyone would be on edge when the team goes out and buys two offensive minded players in the offseason and they lose their starting spot.

also, he had problems getting cleared by fifa to play with the reggae boyz and missed all but the last game.. so it hasn't been a good 2nd half of 2004 for Jase

let's hope curbs can get him back together for '05

I have mixed feelings about Euell. When he puts his mind to it, he is one of the best players on the field. But too often he seems to be sleeping out on the field. I am not privy to what happens in the Clubhouse, so I can not speak about that.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Jason getting a start real soon. As long as Bartlett continues to miss sitters like the one that Thomas served up to him on Saturday Shawn will be riding the pine. He has also been a disappointment when he has to hold up the ball while his wingers fill space. His first reaction is to pass it long and backwards keeping us from going forward.

I think Jason would be better suited for the new single striker role. While he doesn't head the ball as well as Shawn he does real well with his feet and tries to turn with the ball and keep it going forward.

We have way too many midfielders at the moment but with the injuries to JJ and Kevin, Jason will get his chance up front.

And don't bring up Jeffers. His whining during his little stints on the pitch doesn't help the club. Put your effort into the game and not the officials.
