Hello,

Sorry if this has already been covered, but what's the best instructional video out there to learn different moves while on offence? I'm looking for something that starts off with the basics, and also includes more complicated things (but emphasis on the basics). After a few years of not playing, I'm trying to get back into the game full force, and unfortunately I have been getting torn up when I go out to the fields and play - the guys I play with are quite skilled :(
I'm also interested in learning a bit of defence, but I would like to focus primarily on ball handling and, in brief, the most effective ways to get past defenders and create scoring opportunities (step-overs, fakes, sidesteps, etc.).
Can anyone recommend a DVD or something similar where I can get a few pointers and then practice the moves on my own?

Thanks!

Footability and All the Right Moves are two my sons coach recommended. Both are great. My son actually trained with one of the guys in Footability.

I am a 36 year old newbie (my kids got me into it and now I am addicted) and I really like the Coerver videos. A favourite is The Creative Dribbler. It is just a bunch 12 year old doing variations of 1v1 moves, but they are slowed down so you can see them clearly - and these kids can do reamarkable things. Other Coerver videos focus on developing good touch as the fundemental to all individual soccer skills.
