Help required

Hi All,
I'm a QPR fan from the UK - I post everynow and then on the Rivals Message Board.

I am after some information. A friend of mine who is also a mad R's fan is coming over to New York and will be there for the QPR game against Reading on the 18th that will be shown live in the UK on SKY. As he doesnt have a PC at the moment he asked me to ask a couple of guys on the UK Message Board and they have directed me to this site.

Does anyone know of a location near Manhattan, that will be showing the SKY Live games and thus the QPR match.

Any help would be appreciated.

The Sky games in the Championship are generally shown on the Setanta Pub Channel (http://www.setanta.com/content/setanta/website.nsf/page/d84f64eaf23ddf7180256e7c006cbeaa_?open&parentpageid=827a2fb10c77444480256e6d004f3769&). As of right now, their schedule shows (http://www.setanta.com/content/setanta/website.nsf/tvschedulenapub?open&count=1000&expandview&pageid=54f0aa3d508c77b580256e7c006e0147&parentpageid=827a2fb10c77444480256e6d004f3769&) the game will be shown at 3:00 p.m. eastern on Sunday, rather than live on Saturday morning. However, the schedule hasn't been fully filled in that far out, so I'd check back at that site to see if it changes. I don't think there is any way of getting Sky's Championship matches except through Setanta Pub Channel.

I'd give any of 'em a call. Also, if none of those work, you may check the West Ham board here, because I think they have several people in New York City and may have some ideas.

I know some New Yorkers go to Nevada Smith's (http://www.nevadasmiths.net/). Their schedule (http://www.nevadasmiths.net/footfixture.htm) doesn't list the QPR replay on Sunday, but they do list Forest/Leicester game that the Setanta Pub Channel is showing live at 2:30 p.m. eastern on that Friday (and West Ham/Leeds this Friday), so they must have the channel too. If so, they may be willing to put the QPR game on TV on Sunday (although it conflicts with Palermo v. Cagliari on their schedule, maybe they'd put it on one TV).

I bet Nevada Smiths will show it. Hopefully Setanta will put it on at some point Saturday, shame the match was moved from the Friday evening as Setanta show all those matches live.
