I played an indoor game at school yesterday and injured my right leg. Although I warmed up it didn't protect me from a knee sprain because one guy just accidently stepped on my leg above the ankle. I wouldn't say it causes any pain when I walk but when I start jogging or kicking a ball I feel like my leg is not able to bear my weight (limping). I heard about about sprains and strains a lot but experienced only one minor ankle sprain last year.
I wouldn't worry about it too much if I wouldn't have a try to sign-up in an academy in 30 days. Is this a possible period to recover? Could you give any tips.
