all he needs is the right coaching equipment. He can find just what he needs at the BayerArena in Leverkusen, Germany. Just tell him to pick up one Landon Donovan*, plant him on the field, and water him occasionally.
*Due to FIFA restrictions, Landon Donovan may only play for the US National team
