OK. I got some questions. First, how many weeks did you do this program for? Can you gice us examples of how you got faster such as wut you ran 100 meters before and after this workout. Also, if you do an individual workout, it's different workouts everyday right?

I'm still currently doing the program(12 weeks) and will re-test my times from the intial tests I did before starting the program(see the website)....still another week to go. The program is developed based on how long you want to do it, mine had days of work outs coupled with days that i was scheduled to take off. The program is tailor made to what you want to accomplish...this is not a cookie cutter approach. This is probably a better preseason/select season work out as high schools and colleges practice most days during the week that there aren't games(although he could probably design a program to fit the your schedule.

Yea I'm thinking of doing it for about 12 weeks, so 3 months and we start HS soccer on july 15th or so. so i would statr around april 10th or so

You'll not regret it. You may even consider doing two 12 week cycles. I don't know the guy personally, I don't have stake in the company, and I paid full price for my program. It just works and I want to get the word out there for everybody looking for an edge. The customer service is the most impressive thing about the program...he truly wants to know how the program is working for you and is very prompt with responding to any email questions you might have for him(he doesn't wash his hands of you as soon as the money exchanges hands).
