I really hope that United can get an SSS. If anyone deserves it, it is them. They have always had pretty good fan support, and were the flagship club in the league during its infancy. An SSS could really help attract new fans, along with their young stars like Mapp, Tino, and Convey. Plus, when a team averages 16,500 and it is a 23% dropoff, that tells me that the demand is clearly present in that area.
Plus, the thought of them playing on a field with infield dirt makes me shudder.

i think like you... thay are just positive vibes... i hope that DC will get a SSS in the future... but that article don't say nothing that makes me think that it is a near future
