so mahdavikia has been in germany since 1998 and karimi's been all his life in UAE, and he even learned the arabic language, does that mean he's Emarati?!
Nationalities are nationalities, doesnt matter where u live or the ppl u see

That's what I really hate about all these "foreign" players playing in Germany.
Another example are the Kovac brothers. They were born and raised in Germany but play for Croatia.

That problem is caused by german citizenship laws and overall mentalaty in the country which doesn't consider everyone born in Germany German .
