Hey, guys. I just found out that my ticket rep, Keith Kowalski, has moved on to work for some other outfit.

Does the Inferno have its own ticket rep, or would I get the same level of service, do you think, by sticking with Keith's replacement?

I had Keith as well and now Jason Marr is taking care of me. Nothing against Emily but I had dealt with Keith before so I just called him to order my season tickets. I met Jason at the THM and he was a really nice guy.

Keith was my ticket rep too. He was pretty on the ball, too. Sorry to hear he is gone.

Any idea how strictly they'll be following a "Sit wear you're assigned" policy in the endline section?

My new guy said, "Well, the full season ticket holders will have seats near the front, the partial season ticket holders in the middle, the mini plan holders to the rear, etc".

It would be great if they could make a section into a general admission supporter's section instead of enforcing assigned seats for the entire stadium.

How do those work out?

I was told by this new ticket rep that Dallas doesn't offer those anymore.

I was told they will work for seats on the endline. If they arent available maybe we should all upgrade to seats.

How many Infernites have flexis next year? I was under the impression everyone would get flexis.

Anyone want to bet that boomer hits $0 before he hits $200?

Folks - Emily Harting is the official rep for the Inferno - if you have been using a different rep you are welcome to continue with them - but if you are new, are changing reps, etc - Emily is the one. She is also the manager of customer service, so she is good at following up on things (she may be on vacation this week - it is Thanksgiving).

Re the FLEXIS - the FO is not offering flexis for sideline seats - only to Inferno Endline seats.

I will move my tickets to her - to increase the Power of the Inferno as a bloc. Like the AFLCIO or those nutty evangeliclas. If you want something - you need to cater to us. :D

We demand to be kowtowed.
