I don't know where theater stuff goes!
Anyway, I just got back from seeing a stage production of Orwell's 1984 at the Lookingglass Theatre in Chicago.
What a production!
It was seriously amazing... far better than any of the adapted movies that have come out.
They did a great job with multimedia effects -- video, audio, lighting, etc. -- really well done.
If you're in Chicago, it closes the 28th. Get out and see it.
Incidentally, the current production of The Merry Wives of Windsor at the Chicago Shakespeare Theater is phenomenal as well...
I think both are closing within the next couple weeks. So sad.
