It is listed, but it is not actually on. At least here in Columbus. According to a post on TheCrew.com forums, a TW customer service guy says that problem is at InDemand's end. Surprise, Surprise!

The game isn't on my system either (Adelphia), and I work for 'em. The problem is definately on InDemand's end. Why do I get the feeling this will happen in the playoffs as well?

I called Cox. Rep could not explain why, but he had the NE-Metro and SJ-LA games listed as separate pay-per-view events and not as part of the Shootout package. He was familiar with MLS and the Shootout package and understood that these games are still part of regular season. Ended up being a nice guy and giving me the games at no extra cost.
I'm converting to satellite dish in the next few weeks, but I have to concede, this was a classy move.

AT&T actually had it. Them having it and other systems being screwed up must be a first.
