Hello R fans, do you think you'll be able to beat us on saturday?
We are in top form, but we did lose our unbeaten record in our last game so our confidence may be at a low. Also, we've lost 2 crucial players for this game - Nathan Ellington and Lee McCulloch :(
I predict a battling 1-1 draw with Furlong getting your goal and Jason Roberts bagging ours ;)

We seem to be rather unbeatable at home, but I wouldn't be too surprised at you sneaking a point. We have a rather volatile line-up at the moment as well, not quite sure who will be in and out of the side.

we are unbeaten away from home this season so it wouldn't be much of a shock if we got a point, or 3 for that matter :D
well until last week you were unbeaten at home too. all good things come to an end.

Anyways, the last time i went to LR, we beat you 1-0 (2 seasons ago when we won the old division 2 championship by a country mile :D!!)

A game that wasn't as close as the scoreline suggests if I remember correctly.
Our problems are, our first choice right back will be having to play right midfield, we have 2 fit strikers and 1 just returning from injury (of the fit strikers Gallen has mostly been used at CM anyway)
We are very very good down the left though so your right side will have to be alert.
Looking forward to it though was hoping your unbeaten record would still have been intact. Well done the Greens though.
I'm sure Holloway must be really proud to see two of his 'discoveries' at the top of the table

-------Furlong--Cureton------
------------Gallen------------
Cook-------Bircham------Ainsworth
Rose---Santos---Shittu---Bignot
------------Day--------------
Bench -- five out of: Padula, Branco, Bean, Simek, McLeod, Donnelly, Cole.

For anybody who's interested, our probable line-up:
John Filan
David Wright - Ian Breckin - Matt Jackson - Leighton Baines
Gary Teale - Jimmy Bullard - Alan Mahon - Mike Flynn
David ************ Graham  - Jase Roberts
We'll probably be without our 2 in form players once again - Nathan Ellington (FC) and Lee McCulloch (LM) - who have 11 and 5 goals to their names respectibly.

That would be cool, now that Rowly is out for awhile that's probably just about our strongest lineup.
I wonder if Cookie keeps having form issues if we wont see McLeod there though, he was pretty good v West Ham.

As for this weekend, I can at least do the preview. And since this thread doesn't have an [R] in it, I've started a new one here:
