selling keepers?

looking for some thoughts here. I pulled a 22yo solid keeper with a TSI of 4020. I see via the hottrick tool he's high-solid.

I currently use a 22yo solid keeper (tsi 2970) who has poor exp and gets 3.5 stars on average....obviously the new pull has no exp. My current backup is a 21yo inad.

Is the new guy worth keeping around to take over from my starter based on form or worth more selling right now? is 22yo too old for keeper trainers to pay a lot for? I'm seeing in the 250-290k range via transfer compare...

if it helps, ive sold a 23 year old passable keeper for around $50,000 so i think you can make a profit

I wouldn't think a player older than 19 would be purchased for training purposes. 22 is way too old for that.

People would still bid on him just to have as their normal keeper. You'd be surprised how many people don't have good goalies so they just buy a solid one or so off the market to upgrade. I mean right now in my div V series over half the teams have a keeper that I would guess is "at best" passable...

thanks for the replies guys, of course on cue my old solid gets a 3-week injury last night...so the new sees immediate action. oh well...

I was surprised to pull a 22yo GK....thats quite a range on GK ages that you can pull....

Yes, but it balances out since they only have one stat to be important.
