Okay, I'm done with naming lineups for a while. Instead I will pray Curbs puts out the best squad.
This seems a great opportunity to get a road win. Hotspurs have not been playing well. And Spurs fans are already complaining about Santini.
The Addicks sneek one. Tottenham 1 - 2 Charlton Athletic.
Go Addicks!
I wil have my shirt on -- thanks to Doug.

spurs defense is very intimidating, I sat behind the goal for pompey/spurs and the two trees in the middle make it near impossible to be beaten with a cross. I'd be suprised if the addicks were able to score 2 goals, but 0-1 could be a possible result since the spurs offense is equally bad as the addicks.
the spurs defensive weakness seemed to be speed on the outside, go with a quick lineup on the outside and attack. hopefully catching a misque from the spurs central defense once in the clear. spurs mounted relatively no counter-attack threat despite pompey pushing their players forward the entire game. that was on oct 18, they could've made adjustments since then.
spurs 0 - addicks 1, thomas ~60min

a need for speed you say.
well, then, rommedahl, thomas, and lisbie should all start.
i would take any result at this point.

Great result just what we needed ahead of Norwich. !
Good save by Bartlett too!!!!
Lovely to see Thomas coming through, hopefully we can be a bit more trusting of the kids that are doing so well for the reserves (admittedly Thomas was bought from Arsenal but you know what I mean)

that's been my biggest complaint about Curbs. missed the game but it's a great result, hopefully this will give the lads some confidence.

Come on you Addicks! Keep up the good work. Gave up a couple of goals, but we knew you had it in you!

Fantastic result. We really needed this win.
I couldn't bring myself to listen. I have been too frustrated lately. I know, I know, keep the faith. If I can listen this Saturday, I will.
Go Addicks!

I hope the Addicks build off this one for Norwich. Good result, and a very needed one.
