Esteghlal Ahavz Brazilian striker Adriano Alvez, who has been playing in IPL for the last 3 years, has said that he wants to join Iran's national team. If his FIFA paper works are done in time, he will probably be invited to Iran NT camp for the second round of the Asian WCQ.

LOL that's what the Saudis and Qataris do ;)
He's been in Iran for 3 years ( since he was 17 ) , is an Iranian citizen and speaks perfect Persian. All that said, trust me he won't be in the starting 11 of Iran NT. At best, he will be a sub or may not even make the final 21. We already have 3 world class strikers: Vahid Hashemian, Ali Daei and Arash Borhani.

BTW, we also have two players who are half-Iranian and may join the Iran national team for the second round of the Asian WCQ: Freydoon Zandi ( German mother, Iranian father ) and Nima Cham ( English mother, Iranian father )

LOL, those are 100% Saudis, just their ancestors that migrated here a thousand years or so. Its like people that arent Persians who live in Iran but they are Iranians, different ethnics. ;) Case closed. And they speak Arabic and the Saudi accent and their grandparents were Saudis. Unlike others.

Oooh even more, soon you guys will be bragging about these players like Ali Karimi. At least they are half iranian, not like that Brazilian guy.

Dude Alvez said he wants to play for IRAN NT, but it doesnt mean he is going to.

Dont post this stuff so Arabs think that we are trying to natrualize Brazilians when its not true

Common.Actually we have too many guys trying to play at others NTs since they never will get a chance here.Of course if he's a good Striker,he's doing the right choice.

Oh yeah...a "correction" - Alves(maybe he prefer Alvez or someone wrote it wrong...or no).

Yes I know! Read my posts again! I explained in my second post that even if he's invited, he probaby won't even be in the final 21 since we have so many good strikers as it is ;)

Then there is no point in posting this on an international board like this, people will get the wrong idea

Now that's just your own personal opinion to which you're entitled.

You said he will probably be invited. Anyways, my point is dont make fun of Qataris becuz they are trying to naturalize non-qataris to play with them when you guys might do that.

To the contrarary, IFF doesn't like to have non-Iraanians in Iran's national team because of IFF's nationalistic outlook!
If we wanted to "naturalize" any non-Iranians we would have started with some of the non-Iranian world-class keepers we have in IPL not an striker who won't help our team in any way ;)
