SAF will send a dossier to the FA later this week demanding that Arsenal have points deducted after their fracas in the tunnel last week.

Here are some notable quotes from him :
--"Ruud van Nistelrooy caught Cole and he's held his hands up and accepted the punishment. He was right to do that even though I believe there was no intent.

--"But there was an incident with Heinze in the first half that was even worse than the Van Nistelrooy tackle and nothing was done about it. Why not?

And truly the best
--"We have always been gracious in defeat. I just can't believe how Arsenal behaved. Their behaviour has been disgraceful."

In response: Get off you're high horse! Stop believeing that the Manyoo's are some sort of Angelic team that keeps getting bullied around by the big bad Gunners.

I swear that if Arsenal are docked even one point I will completely lose faith in English Football and the FA. If they give in to Manyoo they will be come the joke of all time.

He's desperate to get back up to the top and this is going to be his way of doing it. They need to fire that old bastard and get a new coach in. I'm sick of Sir Alex Red Nose.

What a sad desperate attempt to gain points on Arsenal and Chelsea. I can't imagine the Spurs board or anyone else for that matter go to that length.

For the benefit of younger or new fans, Arsenal were deducted 2 points, United 1 point after a similar pushing/shoving/fingerpointing incident on the pitch which saw almost every player involved, back in 1990.

Arsenal went on to win the leaguetitle 1990/91.

"You can shove your two points up your arse!"
"You can shove your two points up your arse!"

Ahem. To be honest if Sir Alex get-a-clue wants to win the league he needs to stop loosing games, rather than demand points are deducted from teams above him. Duh!

Haven't we heard this song before?

This is an interesting case. Something obviously happened between the the teams, it seems well after the game had ended, and yet there has been surprisingly little real evidence put forward, especially given the magnitude of the teams and the recent history of bad blood. I'm puzzled. If the roles were reversed, and say Keane had attacked Wenger, wouldn't be howling for his blood? Don't you think Wenger would be using such an incident to make hay? Given his recent complaining over a couple of bad calls in the Man Utd game, I would think he'd say whatever he thought the situation would bear.

Found This On Arsenal Times Today: Manly Advise From Fergie and Best

George and Alex urge Arsenal to be manly
By Boris Mellor - October 31 2004

These two footballing legends have led blameless lives. In the article below Arsenal Times guest pundit Boris Mellor argues Arsenal would do well to follow the example these paragons of virtue have set.

Best believes that handing out food and drink to your opponents lacks the manliness of his day and age. Best urges players to use their fists more (but not on the missus please lads). Yes he and the old Man U would have given the Arsenal a good hiding before they got down the tunnel. That's assuming he had turned up for the game.

Other tips from the good old days are not turning up for training, or turning up drunk. Appear on TV interviews drunk, and get into fights in pubs and clubs. This modern day obsession with healthy food, mineral water, and strict training is ruining the game. Another wheeze is to save on hotel bills, convince the landlady you have drowned -sending friends to collect your luggage. Fall about laughing as she collapses in shock.

Another Man U celebrity with advice on how to behave is Sir Alex. He is appalled by food fights, someone could get really hurt by a deep pan pizza. In his day (about a year ago) post match anger was settled by kicking a boot in to a players face. This is far more manly and less dangerous than food fights. Also if you do it in the privacy of your own dressing room there is no risk of any witnesses, leastways not any that would be prepared to spill the beans (no pun intended).

Another tip that Arsene could take from Sir Alex which would also increase his salary is to make a relative or close friend the agent in charge of major transfers. If anyone upsets you then transfer them immediately, not only itimidating the rest of the players, but also gaining another handsome pay off. Compile a video of every foul or near foul that happens against you, claim they are assault and the worse thing you have ever seen and send it to the FA 10 days after the game.

Another tip is provided by Roy Keane in his recent autobiography, he explained that on fouling an opponent he stands over them and tells the cheating c***t to get up. Another idea is to go around saying the FA Cup is a load of bollocks. You will be praised for your honesty and forthrightness, but if its the only prize left kick your way to the final and celebrate like mad on beating Nationwide oppostion.

Arsenal should take these tips seriously and in no time they will be serious competitors for the moral high ground. Stop whinging lads why should Man U have all the manly ideas, get stuck in.

Its Arsenal who should ask for points to be docked. Van Nistelrooy has been suspended for 3 games by the FA and should have gotten a red card. Would ManU have won the game with 10 men? No. Its Arsenal who should seek justice for this unfair result. I suspect Fergie realizes this and this is why he has taken the offensive in calling for punishment of Arsenal.

I just find it ammusing that this call has come AFTER they droped 3 points themselves...timing is everything here.

Besides it wont happen. If it does, im boycotting the sport :)

Something needs to be done about Arsenal's disciplinary problems. Pity Dein will prevent anything from happening... ;)

But are your feelings hurt that SRN didn't exactly act as saintly you said he would? What a complete joke your posts are.

Besides, Fergie-Purplenose is hungover and nursing a good bottle of scotch tonight to get over yesterdays defeat and the 9 point defecit.

Even IF the facts are the tabloids say they are (which lets face it is highly unlikely), I hardly think a food fight warrents points being taken off. Thats just a joke.

Besides Dein is not aloud (or just plain refuses) to vote on an FA business realating to Arsenal, and infact the man is MORE likely to vote FOR a deduction just to prove hes not biased!

So nya :)

I SERIOUSLY doubt that he would vote for a point deduction...u guys just are a bunch of cheats...what would you guys be saying if someone off our team threw a pizza at Arsene...u would be screaming for a deduction...and u would probably get 10 points taken off of us, just because the FA don't like us...for some god knows reason

No. Actually I really wouldn't be screaming for a deduction. Not everyone is biased beyond credibility. For an example, go dig through the archives on threads about Rio's ban. I said it was way too harsh....as did a lot of other Gunners.

HAHAHAHAHAH!!!!! Very Funny!! I just love how you look at Manyoo as some sort of angelic team that always gets shafted by the big bad FA. Cheats? What are we cheating on? We didn't win the game, we didn't get any send-offs, and you're calling us cheats? Lets see, Ruud Van Horseface got a 3 match ban for his foul and Rooney ADMITTED TO CHEATING when he dove in the box. So lets see, was it Arsenal who cheated or was it the angels from Manchester.

I think BOTH teams should be docked 6 points for all the horrible things each are accusing the other of doing in that terrible game.
:D
