Under 19 in UK, the only ones I really care about are David Edgar (Newcastle) and Josh Simpson (Milwall).
Hopefully, they'll still be playing by the time Canada qualifies for another World Cup...
Otherwise Charles N'Zogbia, Steven Taylor & James Milner who, I hope, will be the future of Newcastle.

Would say Cassano in Italy still be considered a prospect? Just using that as an example as it changes the calculus, because if C. Ronaldo is a prospect that means for example that Jenas,.Joe Cole etc... are also prospects.
You also have to add Downing to this list based on recent play.

OK...your last two on the list have never played in the UK. So that nullifies that. Good plugs for them though...they're quality players I must admit.

The big questiong is: Are there any in Scotland, Wales and NI or are they all exclusively in England?

My team (Livingston) had quite a few young players snapped up by big teams down south recently. We did manage to hold onto one though. His name is Robert Snodgrass and he's quite promising. Only just 17, part of the first team squad and has started three times so far. He scored a beauty in one and was named MotM. I believe he rejected Blackburn. There are a few others playing regularly for other teams, but I don't know a great deal about them.

The only U19 I can think of in Scotland is David Marshall, Celtic's current number 1 keeper. Due a rest I think though. Can't think of any others at that age. Derek Riodran's 21, scored some fantastic goals this season. The SFA seemingly don't think it's important to have a system which lets young players improve.

Willo Flood is 19 and was man of the match today for Manchester City v Norwich. He is an Irish U-21 international. Aiden McGeady (Celtic) is another very promising talent. Darren Potter (Liverpool) also looks pretty good, though not yet in the league of Fabregas, Ronaldo, etc.

Willo Flood has the distinction of having (a) a stupid name and (b) the thickest, most unintelligible comedy Irish accent I have ever heard.
