Youth Pull Challenge

I found this on the 'Flag Chasers Community' federation website, and it actually looks like a fun idea:

The format seems a bit clunky, but maybe we can look into having a BigSoccer version of a Youth Pull Challenge. It'll give us something else to brag about over each other.

I like the idea of having everyone in one large group, and seeing who has the best pulls over the course of a season (not just 'I pulled a good guy' or 'fired!'). Accolades can go to the one who pulls the highest TSI average, lowest TSI average, youngest average age, oldest average age, most clowns, etc. I don't know, just an idea that came to me.

I think I'd be in the lead for lowest TSI since my 3 pulls this season have averaged 50.

I guess the real question would be who would coordinate it? I don't think I would.

If we could post in the weekly pull thread and give basics like age, TSI, and whether he's a keeper or field player, that would cover just about everything.

We can give it a trial run this week if you guys want.
