Manchester United vs Arsenal

Pay particular attention to the 17th min

Loose ball from neville sets up a lightning quick Arsenal break that found Ferdinand and Ljungberg racing for the ball deep in United territory. Ljunberg goes to ground (Ferdinand is the last man) but he played for the foul and referee Riley is having none of it.

think this was a Manc doing this game?

If it was, it was at the end of his contract. From a related thread by NEO

Love fanzone. I've got the Boro/Arsenal game from earlier this season on my DVR. The Boro fan was delerious with joy and then ten minutes later he is crushed.

Huss needs to fly 2 mods to New York for "BigSoccer Fan Zone". Now THAT would be entertainment, since most people would (sort of) know who the commentators are.

Of course, I would have to respectfully decline since I possibly may have injured Motterman in my effort to demonstrate how Paul Scholes is a bad tackler...

Or the whole thing would have had to have been edited as I let the expletives fly and questioned the status of the marriage of Mr. and Mrs. van Nistlerooy at the time of young Ruud's birth. In fact, every other word out of my mouth after the 72 minute mark was pretty much an "F-bomb" (Ticketspeak).

this should be the best fanzone ever. Hopefully there was no soup on hand in the fanzone booth! :)

We would be a pair. It would be great if we could "borrow" some beer from the Rugby Minute set...

I so wanted to put this game behind me. Now, I'm really curious. I hope there's a bittorrent of this in short order.

Oh. I'd love to do an Arsenal - Chelsea game with Zani. But since I'd be rendered speechless through most of it, my "dream pairing" would be Mad Theory / Zani.

How entertaining would that be?

ZANI: The sun always sets on the sunny side of the plate.

MT: What?

ZANI: *mumbling something about envelopes and Drogba*

MT: Hello? Is this thing on?

ZANI: The whispers of the witches can't be heard on Sundays.

MT: Up the Arsenal!!! HELLO?

ZANI: Babies don't cry over chickens.

MT: *takes out a gun and shoots ZANI*

That may be the funniest transcript ever.

Am I the only one who finds this prospect a tad frightening? Having missed the game Sunday cs my kids were playing, I haven't been sure I even want to watch the replay, let alone hear the bleating of a ManU fan as he watches the action.

I guess I just don't have the stomach for confrontation. Maybe that's why I only interact with people I know will agree with me. :)
