In order to stave off the inevitable questions concerning my sig and my Shrek avatar, just know that I have once again lost my bet with Father Ted. I'll be forced to post disgusting lies all week in the ManU forum about how great they are, so cut me some slack this week.

In Father Ted's defense, he wasn't going to make me pay up had ManU not scored in injury time as he felt the Ronney flop was a bit much.

Don't act like you're not enjoying this as much as the game itself, Motterman!

I mean, I've got to carry Shrek around for a week, for God's sake! How much can one man take?

Let's just say that I'm enjoying it more than:

"Rooney should be banned."

"Rick should be banned from editing"

"Wenger should be banned."

"Nestle should be banned"

"Ruud should be banned."

"Riley should be banned."

"Man U fans should be banned"

"The Queen should be banned."

"The Pea Soup server should be banned."

"The annoying cousins at Mad Theory's house should be banned."

"Banned should be banned."

etc. etc.

Oh sure, I'll be glad to cut you some slack, Shrekman. Just like you have been inclined to cut me some slack in the past!! :D I think Father Ted should have asked for suggestions as to what a suitable punishment would have been and convened, oh, I don't know, some kind of "Kangaroo Court" to decide the proper punishment. ;)

You called? You want some more punishment - cool, let me just carry on with my creative editing for a while and I'll be happy to assist!!!! :D

Of course Coach, our good friend Nicepheros will be getting a taste of this in a few months, right? Are you willing to have another bet for the return fixture at Highbury or have you had enough?(....maybe I should ask this later on in the week :P)

Im just waiting for Motter to slip up...... ;)Who? Me? ;)

It would be hard to do since I still respect Arsenal and their fans even when things get a bit heated. All in all, I'd say that for a game with so much hype and the related aftermath, the boards came through quite well... I personally only had to delete one post in our forum. (that's not an invitation for anybody to come by and try again, btw)

Hehehehe. We'll see about that. Good things happened last time we went to Highbury. I am, however, slightly miffed that we don't get a home and away bet this year FatherTed, since we already beat you in August.

I wouldn't bet against an FA Cup match in our futures...

While my maliciousness has at time known few limits, I think FatherTed's been thinking of ideas on how to inflict pain for quite some time now.
I'd just advise you not to slip up again. Otherwise, you might find yourself commenting on how much you admire Cristiano Ronaldo's fashion sense.

Starting to become a bit of an annual tradition, Coach. :) May Father Ted have mercy on your soul, or at least in the topics that he chooses.
