You think that Hudson and the DC United players read what we write on these boards?

Well I wouldn't say religiously, but I'm sure some stuff gets to the guys. But I'd guess it's mostly filtered through other people, either staffers or friends.

And even if they do hear about it, I imagine they don't take much of it very seriously.

And here I thought this was going to be a thread about the reality challenged that hear from people that reality confirmed people can neither see nor hear. Because I know all about that... :)
As for DC United players and staff hearing what gets posted on here. YES! The recent Ray Hudson meet and greet was all about confronting his nay-sayers and most likely precipitated by comments from BS posters. Also, Stephen Zach is a semi-frequent poster as are many other front office staff, especially when they need to print some clarification or let us in on some events.
As for taking it seriously, we are the "internet nuts" as KP liked to say. I wouldn't take it too much beyond that for fear of ending up like the people in my first paragraph... :)

If I hadn't seen Ray and sormun in the same room at the same time, I'd think ol' sormun was Ray's sockpuppet! :eek:

God I hope not. If I was a young up and coming footballer I'd hope I'd be out and about lying to the ladies and cruising 'round in my flash automobile not starring at a computer screen like some nerd.

Ah yes, this occurred to me as well. In fact, it reminds me of the rumors way back when that Janet and Michael Jackson were actually the same person...
