Loyalists logo?

Hey everyone, is it time to start thinking about a logo for our group?

I know we have to decide if officially we are keeping The Loyalists as our name. I for one think it works great. But I suppose though at our next meeting we need to talk it over.

However, since we all had different ideas for the name of the team and logo, at least we can come up with our own supporters logo.

I can't do anything on the computer as far as artwork, I'm not that computer savy. However, I am fairly wicked with crayons or colored pencils.

What do you think? Should we all come up with some designs, no matter how simple our art skills may be, and eventually choose the best Supporters Logo in the league?

We already have the best Team Logo in the league, might as well go all the way.

I think there are several things people should bring ideas for to the next Loyalist's meeting:
(a) Potential logo ideas
(b) Song ideas
(c) T-shirt design ideas
(d) Votes about whether to stick with "Loyalists" or, if not, what other ideas do people have?
etc. etc.

Anybody else have ideas? blitzzfan and/or dysko, would you like input on these or any other things at the next meeting? Let us know in advance so we can come well-prepared next time! :)

Sounds great. I was developing one for the website, but I got too busy just maintaining the Loyalist website.

I'll try make something up this week and you guys can use it as one of your options at your next meeting (Nov.9)

Make sure the logo is intimidating to others.... but homely to ya'll. Any thoughts on having a mascot as well?

I think perhaps "management" has already chosen a great logo designed by mckid (Scott). You can see it at theloyalists.com. Enjoy! :)

p.s. I'm not sure that the logo is official but everyone seems to like it. I sure do...

i like your logo alot but i think that if you could use the crown that is on the shield of your team that would look better, i dont know if that would be legal though

We wanted to use the RSL crown, but they wouldn't let us, thus McKid's slightly different design.
I still think its a great logo design.

I like the name "Loyalists" and I think the logo on the web site is excellent!

We wanted to use the RSL crown, but they wouldn't let us, thus McKid's slightly different design.
I still think its a great logo design.

Since RSL is about marketing the idea of Royalty and what not, I would suggest using symbols from royalty that actually affected US history:
