Thanks alot but wots the customer reference numberSorry I don't know and to be honest I didn't include one in mine.

The problem I had was I could feel the outer edge of the studs pushing through. I also got some unbearable pain all over my right. Left foot was perfect though.

Dunno depends on what they decide, I hope I can get my money back but I've never gone through this process before so what they base it on I don't know. They might find nothing wrong with them and just send them back to me (which I hope not)

Just a quick follow up on what happened. I got a letter back today saying they did find a fault (so it wasn't just my imagination :D) and although I'm not getting my money I get to spend up to £100 (the cost of the F50s) on any adidas products (they reccomend at least 3 items) but hopefully there is a way of using it for miadidas down Harrods. Definately though if you have any problems they have a very good customer service.

Good for you glad that you got your money back £100 is a lot of money to spend on some boots you arent going to wear.

I've forgotten what was the fault again? I dont think they can class not making you any better at football as a fault Scott - lol.

Hi, i know this has probably been asked before and i appologise in advance. I have had the Pulses(red/Black) for about 3 months. Great boots, but the elastic strap has snapped on my left boot.I know there will be suggestions from people that i could easily go to a shoe menders whatever and get it fixed but i dont think i should have to spend money getting them repaired if its adidas at fault.Has anyone sent their boots back to adidas for such a small thing as this.If so how did you get on.Cheers :)

I'm not sure what they'd do about the elastic snapping? But i guess it is a fault unless you've been really rough with the elastic.

I had some faulty preds a while back. It was when they first introduced metal blades and the hole was actually bigger than the blade so when you screwed it in with your little screw driver the stud wobbled. It never fell out was just loose. It was on a consumer programme called Watch Dog and they said that Adidas had realised the fault and it was only on the first 5,000 pairs produced and that the mistake had now been rectified. But i got a new pair of boots out of them too. They were pretty good.

just got a letter back and even though the left boot has a hole in the the front they have decided that its not a manufacturing fault so they're not going to do anything about it

Well..... In the summer i got a pair of Nike AZT III's and after about three months found them to be faulty. Where the sole comes around the front of the boot they had started to split already#! I took them back to JJB, and they gave me a full refund. SO i spose, to cut out the time inbetween sending them off etc, it could be a good idea to go to where you got thema nd see if they'll do you a deal - whether it be a straight exchange for the same boot, or a full refund. In my case htey didnt have the same colour AZT's which i had, so i wasnt to up for getting any other colour so i got a refund. Made a bit of money aswell, cos when i got the boot in the summer they were 100£ but now they are about 75!
