I can't see FIFA letting this go, oh wait it's FIFA nevermind. I think since Freddy and Eddie are already registered with the USSF then they can be transfered. It seems in this case that the 12 year old is not registered with the Argentine FA, because he is able to leave for no fee, thus it should be illegal.
