There you go again, assuming Concacaf Assistant Referees know how to implement the off side rule. At times 1 goal = 0 goals.
I'm more concerned about the man in the middle. CONCACAF probably has the most competent international ARs of any confederation, in part due to its emphasis on training specialized ARs. (Look at the 2002 World Cup. Of the CONCACAF contingent, only Ragoonath did poorly, and he's only an international official because of personal connections to Jack Warner. The rest were among the best in the tournament.) However, the CRs are a different story entirely.
