...Carlos and Louie of CR Sports.

Man, nobody EVER gives those guys their props and I thought I would. And, it's about time, too!

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Sandon Mibut again.

 If you have your tongue firmly in your cheek, then I understand. They were the most bizarre set of announcers I have ever heard.

I agree, the announcers kinda got to me, after awhile I just started to ignore them.

Ignore them??? They really added to the flavor of the game, dull and boring.

They were good for a few laugh weren't they. Like not knowing the offsides rules and calling Eddie Lewis, Mcbride when you can clearly see LEWIS on his jersey. Oh did I mention that Mcbride was already subbed out of the game at that point.

'Cause, ya know, it's easy to confuse Cory and Greg!

The best part is when they said "those two guys like basically sandweeeeched him." Oh man I laughed the rest of the night.

I liked how when Eddie Johnson came in they kept mistaking him for Beasley, and Beasely for Johnson.

Although they were a bit boring, I'd take them any day over Jack Edwards and his Ned Flanders-like pre-school commentary. At least these guys were critical of bad play and didn't talk down the the viewers like the ESPN and ABC guys to. They didn't explain sixteen hundred times the rules and compare it to American sports every two second.

And by the way, I hate how the ESPN guys seem to aim their commentary towards the non-soccer people. We all know non-soccer people, they never watch soccer.

.

That's because they obviously did not know the rules.

I will give them a little compliment of which I am very serious about:

They were not nearly as bad as Dave Johnson or whatever his name was. If you don't know who I am talking about just think of "IT'S IN THE NET!! IT'S IN THE NET!!" He did some games in the qualifying campaign for France 98. Worst announcer ever!

And I'd like to Thank Dave Johnson for never once taking the time to thank Carlos and Louie.

My $25 was enough thanks to Carlos and Louie, and in no way do I intend to thank them at least 3 times per half.

No.

That's like watching a cable access talk show and then asking "you guys feeling kinder towards Rosie O'Donnell now?"

No. She's an idiot before - during - after my viewing of the cable access show.

He also gave Berhalter credit for the early Zavagnin tackle that should have earned yellow. He then went out of his way to praise Berhalter in the closing minutes. Was this Greg's agent or something? Well, at least he knew the offside rule as opposed to Count Chocula.

Dude, don't be baggin' on Count Chocula. You will incur the wrath of Various Styles.
