I currently own a pair of AZT IIs and Mercurial Talarias. And i just want to know how to clean them and why i should clean them. My friend owns a pair of Pulses and has had them since June and he never cleans them. What should I do?

hello~
Yeah... i'd like to find out too~ (i have this grass stain that just won't go away!!)
i usually just take an old toothbrush and soap. Lathe up the AZT II 90 that i have with soap and gently brush away all stains and mud cakes
i've tried them sports leather shoe cleaner stuff. Not much of a help

I was also worried about that first-touch coating. Will cleaning it effect that?

I went to Big5 and got this orange canister of all purpose shoe cleaner stuff..
It works wonders!
I had a HUGE black scuff mark on the white part of my blue/white AZT90 II's and you cannot even tell it is there
as for the first touch coating..common do you really think you'll tell a difference

actuallt the first-touch seems to work, it seems to give an extra softness to your foot.
