I have just noticed that I like cheap leather a lot more than Kangaroo leather. I wore Kangaroo leather for the last couple years and I constantly had to wear thicker socks every month to keep my shoes tight. I used that chelsea leather a lot on my first pair and I didn't like how much they stretched, so I didn't use it on my next pair. They still stretched a lot though. Last month I wore a friends cleats that were made out of a really cheap leather that was pretty stiff. I liked how they felt so I found some on sale and bought them. A month later they havn't stretched much and havn't shown much wear either. I really like my touch in the shoes and I can't see myself going back to Kangaroo which costs 3 times as much.

Anyone not like "soft" shoes? Anyone not like Kangaroo?

You're supposed to buy shoes with kangaroo leather a size or two smaller. They then stretch to fit your foot and fit better than shoes with other leathers. I've liked my boots with kangaroo leather much more than boots with synthetic or regular leather uppers.

Uh-oh. I recently bought a pair of Adidas Supernova TRX S.G.'s (kangaroo Leather) off my friend for $20 (He only used them twice and he needed money desperately). They are a size 10 and I wear a size 9. I put on 2 pairs of socks and they feel fine. But, does anyone know if they will stretch and that i shouldn't have purchased those cleats?

I do buy shoes small as I can, but they still stretch in certain areas and become loose eventually. I like the cheap leather mostly because of the fell and touch, but also because it doesn't stretch.
