Help, who should I fire?

I've got 3 guys I'm looking to can. Even if their form was passable, they'd only be rated at maybe 2.0-2.1; one of them is 19 and might still be useful as a trainee.

Many people will pick up inad players, I've sold quite a few by listing them at zero. The only one that I'd be hesitant to sell would be the 30 yo, he's probably the only one that I wouldn't even try to list. The other two might get some kind of bite.
