View Full Version : Help: looking for new boots

Hello all,

this is my 1st post so please bear with me. I'm looking for a new pair of boots, and I'm pretty picky. My all-time favourite boot was the adidas Accelerator (not the Predator accelerator) FG. I've had adidas copas and DX3 (both too narrow), adidas Predator Precision (good but too heavy), adidas f50 (good, but not enough leather on the medial side), Kelme Master (too narrow, leather was too thick), etc. Basically, I'm looking for a boot that's:


-not narrow
-is built very low to the ground
-has a bladed stud configuration
-has the feel of kangaroo leather (I'm open to synthetics if they feel good & stretch)
-reasonably light weight

Right now, I'm considering the Kappa Magna, Puma Shudoh and Respira (if I can find them), or the adidas Aveiro.

So could you guys please make some suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

the puma shudoh is not really wide, and i dont think that it will stretch much

The Asics Tigreor White boots are modelled around those and are so nice. There's a thread about them in this forum. Just search "The Nicest Cleats Ever Made". I highly reccomend these.

nike vapor 2s?

theyre not wide, theyre light, they have blades, (like my hgs, very low to ground), no blisters, and good touch.
