If you mean released in the theaters, its not gonna happen.
If you mean released on DVD that won't happen either. It was never released on dvd in europe. The doc was produced by a Dutch television network, so if it wasn't released there its unlikley to be put on DVD here either.

The Sundance Channel had it on last month, and they will probobly show it again in the near future. Keep your eye on sundance's web site:

What's it about, who's in it and who made it?

I think it is about a game between 2 crappy Asian teams (Nepal, Bhutan?) that play a game on the same day as the WC final.

The synopsis courtesy of the Sundance Channel:
"As Brazil and Germany were battling for the 2002 soccer World Cup, an
unlikely match-up was taking place half a world away. Ranked the lowest of
all Federation of International Football Associations teams, squads from the
isolated Himalayan kingdom of Bhutan and the Caribbean island of Montserrat
played before 20,000 spectators in Thimpnu (capital of Bhutan) for the
dubious honor of not being officially labeled the "world's worst." An
inspiring and joyous celebration of true sporting spirit from Dutch
documentary filmmaker Johan Kramer."

according to an interview with the filmmakers on the website "the global game," there are plans to release it on dvd in the US, at some point. IIRC
