changes to the barra homepage

there have been some changes to the barra homepage. some new design and some admin functions.

awesome job! Except whoever was tying banner in middle ha ha :)

My suggestions would be a direct, visible link to this (Barra) message board on the left side. People don't have to pay to read/post on BS, unless they get annoyed with traffic during busy hours like me and it's yet another means of communication, at least for nerdy computer types :)

And archives for articles you guys wrote before, I really like them and would like to browse through some old ones, especially later on when there is larger number. Also I'm sure new visitors and those that don't have time (or remember) to check every week would catch up that way. Just have article move into archive page whenever new one replaces it.
