Match Announcers on FSW

Jeez - besides the EPL announcers and Alan Hopkins doing the German games and sometimes the french games, the rest of those guys need to just hush up. They make the game so boring running the commentary. My God its not the NFL or NBA - dont ruin this great game just yapping all through it. If Alan Hopkins is not going to be available to do these games, get a clone of him or contract out to an european. Those stand - ins just suck, am tired of muting my tv just so i dont have to listen to this guys, i wanna hear the crowd noise, its part of the game.

Is that god awful pipsqueek Christian Miles (or whatever his first name is) doing the games now too? I have not caught the beginning of some of the games so I don't know if it is him or not. Somebody rip his voicebox out of his throat please.

What I miss about having FSE is having the games in Spanish. Not that its my first language, its my second and I'm still learning. But I was able to watch a game and learn some Spanish at the same time. And most of the time it was Argentine spanish which has a whole different sound.

I think you are right - its that dude Christian Miles and another that sits in for Alan Hopkins with the german games. Those guys are terrible. They are better off applying with the NBA or NFL or something.

Christian Miles was great for Eredivisie matches. I have to admit he's not that great on those other matches. Seems odd that you can do really well with one league and not another. Oh well.....

I know - i still think he his the closest to being like one of those guys that call the EPL games. The other guys just mimick the NFL and NBA announcers and its just not the same and they need to just shutup and let us listen to the crowd.Football (soccer) is an entirely different.

Now Max, Ridge and Alan they are what you would call unbrilliant. Hell Max finally gets Kerry Zavagnin's name pronounced right for the Nats game on FSW a few week ago. Then on Sat night he went back to the old way of saying it. F-ng dumass!
