I thought it was just a deal until January, with an option to extend.
He'll provide a touch of class that we don't have, but it'll be interesting to see who will make way for him. He's a bit old for midfield, and there are already 5 forwards fighting for the spots up front. Sparky knows all about over-age players contributing, though, so hopefully he knows what he's getting... ;)

He is a great player i have seen him show skil and pass some great balls and score good goals but i think his days are done i may be wrong the frnch roger milla perhaps.

I remember him setting up Brett Emerton's goal against Aston Villa over the weekend.Unfortunately for them,Olof Mellberg scored in the 80th minute and the game ended all square at 2 a piece.
